What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free UPS shipping for all orders (If you live in Canada or the US)

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we only accept credit card, Paypal will be enabled in the near future as we are applying the API from them.

How long will delivery take?

Usually items will be delivered within 3 days after order placed.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Data security is our first concern:

  1. Our website has enabled SSL certificate;
  2. We integrate Stripe as our payment processor, your payment method is encrypted from end to end, no body can see your card info;
  3. Your personal information will only be used for placing orders, they will not be disclosed/leaked to any third party. 
What exactly happens after ordering?

Our handling time is one business day, in most case your item will be shipped our on the same day if you placed the order before evening.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoice will not be sent automatically, but you can always ask for it thru our customer service email.
